Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo who is from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay and Peter Silk both were academics. Ilkay was also a writer, director and producer. She's the director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with earliest memories of watching television and attending play rehearsals. Silk created a variety of commercials when she was still in the midst of her childhood. The year 1997 was the time she earned a bachelor's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at least two productions in the theater's early days, such as Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was a resident of Toronto to pursue her acting career in order to improve, before moving to Los Angeles California. She met her new spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an Actor's workshop located in Los Angeles in 2007. When she got engaged in 2008, they got married in 2009. When she converted to Judaism the couple renew their vows in an Jewish ceremony on the 10th of April 2011 in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Her second son Levi Aaron was born on May 13, 2016. Silk has played a range of roles on television, among them Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. Silk was nominated for Gemini Awards in 2009 for this role. The Canadian show Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character from the succubus. Silk became pregnant during production of the season's third finale episode. The news was announced to the fans during an episode of the Showcase show's pre-show Season Three special on January 6th, 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20th that she is ready to resume work. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially revealed the launch of final season of production.
